Refund policy
Here at BreakPointVista want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we only offer refunds under the following conditions:
1. Lost or Damaged Items
Refunds WILL ONLY be issued if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all.
2. Proof Required
To qualify for a refund, you must provide clear evidence (photos or videos for damaged items, or order tracking proof for lost items) via email to breakpointvista@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or misuse of the product.
Orders without sufficient evidence of damage or loss will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Order Communication
If we contact you by email regarding your order, you are required to respond within 24 hours. Failure to reply within this time frame will affect your eligibility for a refund. If you do respond within 24 hours, the matter will be considered resolved and no refunds will be issued.
5. Approval Process
Once your evidence is reviewed and approved by our team, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at breakpointvista@gmail.com
